lately, on babble:
hen's new way goofy smile
we've finally started solids to mixed reviews,
a review of mostly unnecessary products for parents,
what are your top busy mom beauty tips?
baby wearing in the summer,
how my kid is maybe starting to look like me?
and fathers day gifts.
whew!
henry, you're so cute!

Ahhh Henry! I always comment saying I want to chew on his cheeks and I was afraid you thought me very creepy...so I'm glad you don't think that! This might be one of my favorite posts of yours. Ever.
ReplyDeleteOh my heck--he's about the cutest little (big!) thing ever! So glad you have your squishy, fat, gurgly baby! (So worth the wait, yes?!)
ReplyDeletethat was priceless!! that is what motherhood is all about i tell ya. he is even better live!
ReplyDeleteHaha thank you! :)
ReplyDeleteI've never commented before, but now that I can put a voice to your words, I just wanted to tell you that I like you even more. In that minute on your video, you can tell you are a natural, loving mom, and being a mom of a 5 yr. old who weighed 15 lbs. at 2 months old, and now another 2 month old boy who currently weighs 15 lbs., I love me some big, chubby, baby boys! Henry is adorable.
ReplyDeleteHe's gorgeous and so are you!
ReplyDeleteYou have a beautiful baby boy, thank you for sharing this wonderful video!
ReplyDeleteit hurts. so cute it hurts.
ReplyDeleteHe is CAH-UTE!
ReplyDeleteIf we ask nicely will he do a regular video hello to all of us?
Love your blog! You are fabulous, and Henry is ADORABLE! Thanks for making my lunch breaks at work so enjoyable. :)
ReplyDeleteSo I have been kinda stalking your blog (reading but never commenting) and I need to FINALLY speak up and say he is sooo darn cute! (and you are too!)
ReplyDeleteI don't think anyone really understands the bliss of chewing on cheeks until they are a mom, or dad. Thanks for sharing this adorable video.
Freaking adorable! I hope when I have kids they are half as cute as he is. Love it!
ReplyDeleteMore videos of Henry being adorable please!
ReplyDeleteAnd his mama.
Seriously, y'all get me through some rough days at work. The cuteness helps. :)
LOL This was so cute!
ReplyDeleteSOOO. CUTE. SOOOOO CUTE. And his mama too! I love hearing my favorite bloggers' voices because we all get an idea of what you sound like through your writing! Now we get to actually know! In a totally non-creepy way, you have a nice voice! (I'm a public speaker for a non-profit so that gives me the street cred necessary to say such things. Haha!)
ReplyDeleteYou are so pretty Natalie!!!! I know this video was really about Henry and he is cute but you are so pretty! And funny commentary too haha. Such a cute vid.
ReplyDeleteoh and I love both of your sailor-esque outfits. The blue and white stripes on mama and baby are so cute!
ReplyDeleteI like the hair. The postpartum haircut is inevitable! I am surprised you made it that long! (no pun intended.)
ReplyDeleteCute baby!! Precious Mommy!!
ReplyDeleteYAY!!! We are visiting our daughter, Jessie, and she showed me how to comment with my name so I'm no longer anonymous Eileen. :)
ReplyDeleteoh my gosh, you have the most fabulous chubbiest baby i've ever seen!
ReplyDeleteHaha! That was brilliant, Natalie! Loved it! :-) And your hair is fabulous! I really, really like it.
ReplyDeletehe is seriously the cutest baby! and i have four little boys i am pretty biased about. :)
ReplyDeleteSo I've been cheating and just reading you in my google reader, but I'm going to have to stop if I'm missing out on this kind of awesomeness. Love!
ReplyDeleteYou have pretty much stolen my heart. I am not a babble reader but do follow Jenny from little green notebook. So, when I clicked onto babble and saw your adage about Anne Shirley I gave a gasp - kindred spirits?! I too have a chubby little guy but he is now 22 months old and it pains me to say this - his legs are losing some of their dimpling and looking longer and leaner, like his Papa's. It seems every dimple Finn loses, I gain. Anyway, you are so charming, as is your little Huck. How I wish you lived in Portland OR and we could be neighbors!!
