we're rocking the suburbs this week! since most days my family doesn't leave the house till well after noon, our little family has started sneaking off in the car in the mornings to go to far off, adventuresome places, like the local 7-11, and the target for wipes (and lip gloss) (and the CUTEST salt and pepper shakers ever), and other terribly exciting things.
it feels SO good to drive again. DRIVING! it turns out i do miss having a car. but more than that is i miss those cup holders. CUP HOLDERS. and big gulps! oh suburbs, you saucy lady.

also rad is the mall, and don't let anybody tell you otherwise.
the mall wants to love you! let the mall love you!
I agree with you about cup holders. I have a friend who once bought a really ugly car only because of how many cup holders it had.
ReplyDeletei love going home to the suburbs too. mostly for being able to drive to target. it's the little things.
ReplyDeleteI think you should cut your hair to chin length! It would look fabulous on you!
ReplyDeleteI totally thought you cut your hair short too! It would look gorgeous! And don't worry, I let the mall love me... A little too much. Have fun driving.
ReplyDeletelong time reader, first time commenter here. I couldn't survive without a car. That's why I love my small town life :)
ReplyDeleteWashington Square is THE place to be. Enough said.
ReplyDeleteAgreed to the chin length bob. It would look amazing on you! This picture is proof.
ReplyDeleteoh tar-get (say it the fancy way with me) how i do love you!
ReplyDeleteas a hair stylist i have to agree a bob or aline of some sort would look so chic on you!
ReplyDeleteAs someone who's had an a-line for, like, eleven years, I'll put my two cents in by saying an a-line is fine IF you don't want to do anything else with your hair and IF you want to cut it a zillion times. A half-grown-out a-line is the ugliest haircut in the world. I would know. I've had one for eleven years. Yes, that would be eleven years of ugly hair. Embrace the a-line ONLY if you're ready for some serious commitment!!!
ReplyDeleteooohhh chin length...super cute!
ReplyDeletealso i love the mall...love it. especially when they decorate for Christmas. my old mall in Florida had an ice skating rink inside...it was a place of dreams.
