after getting many many requests, i decided to ignore the fact that i'm horrible at this kind of thing and do a bang braid tutorial. it's the simplest way to get your hair off your face, it's perfect for frizzy weather, bad hair days, and dealing with post-partum hair loss. and hopefully i was able to show you that and you get something out of this, and that you don't walk away thinking, "that natalie, i swear...."
right!
right!

ReplyDeleteYou are as cute as a button. A BUTTON!
ReplyDeleteDoes this work if you actually have real bangs? I feel like it would be really pokey. And yes, I realize that the easiest way to answer this question is to try it, but Im stuck here nursing anyway..so I typed it out instead
ReplyDeleteThank you! This tutorial is exactly what I needed!
ReplyDeleteLove this tutorial! Now as I grow out my stupid bangs that I stupidly cut I have something to do with them besides my plethora of headbands.

ReplyDeleteThank you, thank you, THAAAANK YOUUUUU!
ReplyDeleteI watched it, I executed it successfully, and many happy times ensued. By which I mean I nonchalantly did a happy dance and squealed barey audibly. (I was at work.)
Also, you're adorable and fabulous! :-)
I watched Chopped All-Stars and Anne Freitag(one of the judges) totally stole your bang braid. You should request royalties. :)
ReplyDeleteTotally love your blog--obviously, cuz I was thinking about it while watching tv. now that's sayin' something.
:)
I am a little late to rock this style because I just cut my long bangs! Thank you for making this video. I know I will be able to use it in the future.
